A troop cookie manager’s job is to manage the cookie sale for their troop. This includes attending the Service Unit troop cookie manager training, holding a parent meeting, ordering the troops cookies, selecting booth sites, assigning girls to the booth sales, collecting all monies, reordering cookies, balancing out the sale, ordering rewards, and distributing cookie rewards. Here’s how it works: Join our event, “North Region Online Garage (not) Sale” in the North Region Facebook group! All items posted to this event are free and up for grabs. To claim an item, simply comment, “Taken”. All items will be claimed on a first comment, first serve basis. Unless otherwise stated, we only have one of each item, so make sure you act fast! The Northern Lights Volunteer Learning Conference is now taking applications for vendor booths. Northern Lights is being held on November 18th at Mount Vernon Christian School in Mount Vernon, WA.

The information below should answer your questions.

Please read the information below and complete the Booth Request page. You will want to return the booth request to me as soon as possible as the vendor booth spots are filled on a “first come, first served basis”.

At this time, there is room for only 9 total tables, which includes 3 food booths(one breakfast & lunch, 2 lunch/snacks) and 6 money earning items. Please see attached paperwork for more information.
