Holiday Volunteer Meeting Dinner

The Service Unit 245 Team is hosting our annual Holiday Dinner for the service unit.

Fun, Friends and Food all provided by your service team. Please RSVP that you will be attending to su245managers@gmail.com.  An accurate count will insure there will be enough food and plates. Each team member is decorating their own table. Can’t wait to see the variety and creativity.

 

Donations for the Giving Tree (benefiting Domestic Violence Service of Snohomish County) will also be accepted at the Holiday Dinner.

Reminder: Women’s Retreat is January 19-21st at Camp McLeod. “It’s a Mystery” is the theme, cost $55, carpooling available, GS financial assistance available. Where on the planet can you go for the entire weekend, be fed, beautiful scenery, make new friends, all for $55. It is no longer a mystery. Flyer can be fo

2nd reminder: Deadline for submitting photos or expressing an interest in the flag ceremony, singing the National Anthem or helping with the GSWW Annual Meeting is December 15.

Applications for money earning activities for the Annual Meeting is December 1st. Contact the annualmeeting@girlscoutsww.org to submit photos, applications, requests.

If you have not given Linda Otto your cookie managers email address and contact information, now is the time.

Spring Encamporee is April 20-22. Linda Otto is taking a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure a spot for your troop. The balance will be required in January, 2018.
